Which is the cheapest mobo/memory you can use to overclock a Q6600?

I am looking the the cheapest combo to build a pc to run boinc on 3 cores and keep 1 core for NAS.

I ve seen the ASUS v3 babrebones for 108 quid, but i dont know if the G33 board is any good?

2gb for about £28
Any asus or gigabyte board P35/p45 for around £65

Or check the b grade stuff on here - ip35 pro for £46!! (sorely tempted to get one myself but will wait and see what i can do with my new watercooling stuff that has arrived on my current gigabyte board!)
