Q6700 temperature varies core to core

Hi all
Playing with my first quad core. Using core-temp the 4 cores at idle are 37-35-27-26.

I thought the cores would all be around the same temp?
Just worried that the thermal pasted has not covered as well as it should?
Thoughts?

Im using core temp to check temps. Just ran a burn test and after 20 minutes the temps were only 35-33-25-28. Cooler is an Akasa 967
