Q8400 give me a nice starting point

i'm noobie overclocker

just got a q8400 for my old system, upgraded from duo

anyone had one of these before?

if you can let me know what it can do, as in your settings

it will save me hours of hard work

if no one got 1 then whats a nice starting point?

couldn't find much overclocking info on this chip on the interweb...

4x4gb xms3 ddr3 1600mhz
