I've got 4ghz Prime95 stable in my P5Q Deluxe, but it needs too much FSB Term/VTT voltage for daily use. Dropped back to 3.9ghz and have been Folding 24/7 for the past month or so.
most 45nm quads hit a wall at 485 fsb, or less, you would be better off with a xeon 3350 for 24/7 3.8ghz as they need way less volts than a 9450 for the same clock.
I pushed my Q9450 to 4.1ghz on my P5Q with some very unhealthy volts. Didnt prime95 it overnight because I don't want those speeds and didnt want to kill it (would have to return to US)
I'll be seeing how far i can take mine at low volts this weekend and from what i've seen stability wise so far 3.6 - 3.8 should be its comfort zone. Gets toasty beyond that anyways.
