So who else saw the £120 b-grade bargin for a Q9450???

I got my order in, go back to have a check which quad i got (never owned a quad and thought i might have a look on the net for reviews after i ordered it) and found its now out of stock! Im confident ill get mine but im wondering who else saw it??

I'm kind of put off from the q9450 by the 8x multi, doesn't give you a lot to work with.

but thats just me I guess:cool:

I just got a E9450 not from b grade but off the mm... £200 for cpu, P35 obo and 4gb DDR3 so Imm quite pleased :)

The low 8 multiplier does mean it probably wont clock a well as a Q6600 but the extra cache shows up in some gaming benchmarks and allows it to pull ahead.

I hope you not putting all that all in the same system or it was a type-o??

still a bargain though

Sorry I meant a Q9450 (browse mostly on a phone now and keypad is tiny)

Why not in same system? Q9450, MSI Diamond P35 DDR3 version, 4gb DDR3 (4x1gb). Dont expect it to be an overclocking ninja but cant see any problems with putting it in the same system?

What do you mean by mm?
