Hey guys, I'm new here, great forum and website :)

Anyway I built a new computer a few months back, and I keep noticing a few issues. Firstly, my cpu temps appear to be quite high, I have a Titan Fenrir cooler which doesn't seem to reduce the temps anymore than the stock cooler.

Secondly my core speed used to jump from 2.8Ghz back to 2Ghz intermittently; however it doesn't move from 2Ghz now (check pic below) for reasons I do not know.

And thirdly, I have an ATI HD4870, and with 30% fan speed the temp is always around 65 degrees idle, is this ok?

I've not embarked on any overclocking yet due to temps :(

Here's a picture of cpu-Z, speedfan and TM

I hope you guys can help me, thanks in advance.

Hello and welcome to the forums :)

GPU temps look fine, ideally you need to check when gaming.

Idle temps on the cpu don't look to bad, but again ideally you need to run Prime to check for full load temps, also you should see the multiplier increase.
