Thanks for all the help, I'll have a look at the above when i get home. i think the CPU Voltage is on Auto at the moment se i'll set it a little higher (keeping an eye on Temps) and try Prime again.

best bet is to set the FSB to 400 (3.4ghz) and vcore to 1.3 straight away. prime it, then adjust
