hi guys I'm wanting to buy a new gpu maybe a 6950, what I want to no is will my cpu - mobo - ram bottleneck the card at all?
my setup:
q9550 @3.8ghz
4gb of corsair dominator 1066 cl5
p5q deluxe

I have a ddr2 board though, i currently have 4gb of corsair dominator 1066 dual channel kit and i cannot find any of it online and the prices for other ddr2 ram is shocking compared to the cheap ddr3, so im completely stuck on what to do, can i mix similar ram with the same voltage and timings

I dont really want to scrap my corsair ram and then buy 8gb ddr2 kit of all the same ram, god my brain hurts haha
