Emirates are awesome. They seem to have a never-ending supply of food! I asked the stewardess "Where are you getting all this stuff?" but she just laughed and offered me some more. 
JAL is also very good, and their stewardesses are drop dead gorgeous.

Emirates are allowing mobiles to be used on some off there flights now aswell.
