Qarl Texture Pack III released for Oblivion

Strange I got 1.1 meg on the download. And its very good :) Worth getting even if it is taking ages for some of you.
 
So is there any reason that my textures in the distance on land still look bad? I really want them to look better and I thought this mod did that?
 
anyone got this installed and running on their oblivion? Hows it looking? is there much fps loss?

(unfortunately my dl was lost as my pc decided to restart in the early hours of the morning :/ )
 
I guess this pack does not improve the look of distant land, I will keep looking for one that does.

I have quite a big FPS drop, used to run smooth now its lagging loads under the spec in my sig!
 
Cause I just haven't had the time to sit down and overclock and make sure its stable etc it will be done shortly. As to folding, don't know what you mean!
