A word of warning.
My 1984 Land Rover was stolen 1 year ago today despite numerous calls and despite agreeing a settlement through the Financial Ombudsman Service 9 weeks ago I have still not received any payment.
Based on my experience I could only recommend that you avoid QBE Insurance if at all possible as I've found there claims process to have huge holes which your case drops into never to be seen again unless you are continually chasing them.
