Was it working before or is it a new build ?

Try Building outside the case on cardboard with just minimal components 1 stick of ram.

well the ram is from my intel system n works great there and i as 2 different sets of ram 1 i buy for the new build the mother board is new the cpu is used from ebay am just thinkin could it be the cpu am not tech my mate was puttin it all together for me the case psu n cooler are from a other build and they was all working fine

hi mate the the motherboard is on its box and they is no yellow led for the dram but it still hung on the qcode 08 but the cpu led light is on and its that red ?

Lol whats going on here then. Same name, same year of birth, same location and same motherboard?.

08 is system instability. Have you got all settings at default inc cpu. Ram at default and not using any D.O.C.P settings?.

Also when you flashed 1602 did you load optimised settings and reboot before making changes?.

I had something like this 2 months ago with my sons pc. Fans would spin and boot would stop at dram error. Tore my hair out until I tried my psu in it and et voila and thats with it working great upto changing cases!.

hi chris i think it may have been a dead cpu as the red led for the cpu was on and wouldnt turn to green i have tryed the cpu on 2 crosshair vi hero boards n both was the same i build the pc out side of the case
