QHD+ display + RDP + W10 scaling

I have an annoying issue with a Dell XPS 13 'new' laptop.

The display size is a QHD+ (3200 x 1800) on a 13" screen so i use W10 scaling of 150% to make the laptop screen usable. The problem is when connecting to the device via RDP from a smaller res 1080p screen the RDP session retains the W10 scaling which makes icons / text too large.

I imagine there is a tick box or option to disable the local scaling options on an RDP session but i've damned if i can find it.

Anyone come across similar?

thanks

From memory isn't the scaling and stuff set on a per user basis? So if you have it on 150%, every time you log in as that user you will have 150%.

The only way around it I see is changing it each time on that one user, or having a secondary user set to 100% instead and just give it access to everything your other account has.

Thanks, yeah i think it is per profile setting. I was just hoping once RDP was in the mix then it acted more intelligently and not scale the same as physical display :(
