I've had a 55B6 for the last 4ish years and the screen burn is pretty bad. I want to move it upstairs and get a bigger TV for the living room. I'm not convinced by OLED after my experience so far as I do a lot of gaming and netflix, and all my wife's TV viewing is subtitled....hence the burn in consists of subtitle hazing and the netflix logo!
I can get one of these from Samsung direct through work for £1649 and the reviews seem good. The only negative is no Dolby Vision. Anyone have experience of how this compares to the equivalent LG OLED?
 
Don't know, but seems like a sensible choice if you are gaming on it and given your stance on OLED based on your experience.
I know people are saying the latest OLEDs of the past couple of years don't have the same level of screen burn in, but I think its too early to judge. I know people with burn-in on newer sets, typically from the static digital onscreen graphics / logos of TV stations, and they haven't been watching the same channel for hours on end each day.

Personally if I was gaming, I'd definitely consider the QLED you have in mind
