Qnap Nas Boxes

Just wondering if anyone have used these, In need of getting two 1U Nas boxes with cross-replication and failover which connects over iSCSI

Been looking at the TS-412U Turbo NAS which seem like they would be able to do the job but not completely sure,

The data needs to be consistently up to date as this would be running internal based systems with Virtual Servers and MySQL databases.

We got about 10-15 VPSes that would be running of the system, One of the systems communicates with another 6000+ VPSes and runs a heavily busy MySQL DB
