Hi all
So my 4 yr old qnap nas has started throwing up errors on the system drive which is a single drive not a raid, I know I know, my stupid fault for using a single drive.
Just wondering best course of action to fix it?
Think I can just remove it and create a copy on a PC using an identical new hard disk.?
Pop it back in and then create a new raid with a second new disk without losing data. Just rather not have to do a clean start, unless a backup and restore will do the job of all the important settings etc needed.
Thanks
