QOS for youtube upload

Anyone know if/how I can confirure my QOS engine to throttling uploading to youtube? My flat mate is saturating the upload and I can't play any games.

With pfSense I'd be looking to create an alias with YouTube's IP addresses and a rule on the LAN interface to set a low priority for traffic from his IP address to the YT alias.
