As a father using a Sky fibre router, I've reached the end of my bandwidth (boom, boom !) and need to subject a family member to some serious internet throttling.
Sky's router has no QoS options so I'm forced to look at another solution. Would a cheap network hub/access point that has some king of QoS management on it have the desire results ?
Ideally, I'd like to be able to 'cap' the connection speed manually but since I don't want to spend a fortune (around £20-£30) I open it up to the good people on this forum to point me in the right direction.
