I cant make my mind up whether to get the MSi GT740 for 1309.00 from laptops direct or to get the Toshiba Qosmio X500 10X for 1399.00 from Amazon..
Both similar specs, 2 yr warranty with the MSi.. I know there are a few niggles about the Qosmio in the Toshiba forums.. plus theirprevious gaming laptop the X300 and its variants seemed prone to overheating.
I know nothing about MSi apart from the fact that some reviews say that the build quality is not as good as Toshibas.. But i want a RELIABLE gaming laptop first and foremost.
Any advice welcome.. thanks guys..
PS.. i have been using a Toshiba P105 S9722 (bought in the US) with the Nvidia 7900 GS 256 Mb card for the last 3 yrs with no problem but i want to be future proofed for the latest games.. EG..:- BF bad company 2 etc
