just received the above keyboard today from overclockers and it doesn't work..
i plugged it in, used the cd to install what ever it is it needed to and it just doen't work.
it says the usb device has malfunctioned when i plug it in, and then when you click on that information bubble it says 'unknown device' in the usb slot the keyboards plugged into.
i've tried different usb ports and also uninstalled the qpad program and re-installed but still no luck
any ideas?
