QPAD MK-85 springy noise

Hi,

I recently got the QPAD-MK-85 and a few of the keys make a springy type high pitched noise, not the normal noise of a key, but almost like a spring is loose or placed wrong, particularly on the full stop key.

As a result it doesn't sound like a nice solid mechanical keyboard, but like something that's falling apart.

Is there anything I can try to fix this? It's really annoying me.

Thanks.

I've read that some brown keys can suffer from this and that it seems to be to do with how they're put together. I've read where people have swapped springs out between a good key switch and noisy key switch to see whether it's the actual spring and they've found that it fix's the issue(both keys working okay), so it looks to me like it's caused by the wrong placement of the spring. You could RMA the board, I'm not sure how the retailer would respond so I would point them to threads where this has been raised as an issue and the board has been replaced. Why no links, well where I've read about this is either a competitor or has links to competitor's, but the information is easy enough to find using a search engine.

Might not bother RMAing in that case. I've ready a few of those threads now and it seems to be quite a normal thing for mechanical keyboards. I'll probably get used to it.
