im running the spec in my sig and using i think xmp profile...noticed the qpi voltage sets to 1.4 when i use it....is this ok or is it to high...ive been reading a few overclocking threads and they usually state 1.275....so was just wondering if its ok at that 1.4....by the way lol cant get my head around overclocking lol

All voltages will be different between chips, some like more, some like less. My 920 works best around 1.22 for 4 Ghz. Try reducing the voltage in small amounts and checking stability with prime 95.

What's your vcore?

XMP profile will set it quite high

A good starting place is 1.3v, however as The Asgard states all chips are different, some will need more or less. You will typically find you will need more as running 12gb RAM.

Best to start off at stock and work up slowly rather than jumping straight for 4ghz too so you can get a feel off how much you need to increase it with each step, along with Vcore
