Never done it myself but I'd assume the Westfield shopping center car park round the corner would be ideal, although probably not the cheapest option. 15min walk to the stadium and also has the benefit of being right on the A40 for a quicker escape.
Alternatively find a tube station on the outskirts of london with a car park along the route you're taking and leave your car there.
