By far the best is Pizza On The Dock in St Katherine's Dock. You will do no better for food or scenery, trust me.

If you want to make a special occasion of it then how about jumping on the riverboat down to Waterloo, then walk back 10 mins towards London Bridge and halfway there is the Oxo Tower. It is British rather than Italian and quite expensive but the views over London are fantastic.

100%, Il Bordello is something special for sure, and is remarkably well priced to boot

You should cross the river, head west a short distance and take her up the Oxo Tower. I'm told it's quite nice.

Some of the best Italian food I've ever had - certainly no Bella Pasta!

This man speaks the truth. It is a short walk or taxi from the Tower.
Any reason you are at the Tower or is it just touristy stuff you are doing?

Agree with the above although it has to have been 10+ years since I've eaten there.

Im going towards this one atm,cantina del ponte, as reviews seem to be good,hopefully not too much of a walk as it might rain tomorrow.

If im unable to get booking here, what about "pizzeria" that someone mentioned in the dickens inn???

or if not somewhere like zizzi or strada in st katherines though would i need to book them??
