QTec = QTechnologies?

On a couple of competitor sites I've seen the brand "QTechnologies" for sale, but for a much higher price than any QTecs I've seen elsewhere. Are they the same brand? They look less cheap, better built, still unsure.

Anyone?

dont bother just by a reliable make, not worth risking it
