Quad Channel..?

I currently have 2x512mb of Giel PC6400 ULL with 2 spare slots.

I would like 2gb ram which got me abit stuck. Is it possible to set up quad channel? I really have no idea what so ever about setting up RAM like that but I would like another gb of ram.

Selling the current 1gb is an option but I would rather not.

Yes .. I believe its called Interleaved or sumat.. Not to sure, Although not a quick as Dual Channel
