Quad core 6600 Please help!

hi i have few questions if you dont mind answering be very apprechiated.

i have a quad core 6600 cpu with a foxconn 9657AA motherboard can i overclock my cpu with this motherboard?

and what cooler is recommended rather than my OEM cooler ? i have a few listed here would be grateful for any suggestions?

Im not FAM with your mobo but would guess it will overclock.

Probably better than all above and near silent, you could use a more powerfull fan and use Mobo header to control speed by temps.
