Quad core cooling..

I am looking to replace the stock cooler for my Q8300 quad @ 2.5ghz.

I am looking for a quiet cooler which will be very effective. (For about £20)

The Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro takes my fancy as it is cheap, silent and has some good reviews on the cooling, however, this is for dual cores on the whole

Will my quad core devour this over the stock cooler? Or will it still be beneficial.

I may consider overclocking (but i don't know how to at the moment)

get this if your not even overclocking it probs wnt even need a fan

The Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro it works well with quad core cpu's and you will be able to overclock well with that cooler!
