Quad Core in a Shuttle

Hiya,

I'm building a new PC as the time for upgrade has come.

I really need the space so i'm getting rid of my CM201 and i'm looking into a Shuttle XPCP352. CPU wise i'm looking at a core 2 quad Q8200.

Will this not cause me any issues heat wise? Anyone had any problems running this, or similar processors in a Shuttle?

Any help would be much appreciated.

No problems with my Q6600 in my shuttle, 37 degrees idle, overclocked to 3ghz. Fan setting on low.
