Hi I am going to finally decide on a mobo this week and i need one that supports quad core CPUs and SLi, i was thinking a 680i board but was wondering if this was a good choice or not?

What does everyone think ?

Also i am probably going to go for EVGA if i do end up buying a 680i

If you're going Intel, 680i boards are you're only real choice, especiallly if overclocking. Of the boards available now, they're all identical in terms of the actual board.

The 680i is FSB limited when it comes to overclocking quad cores.
Reaports of max 312FSB and only getting higher clocks with the unlocked multi's

They are looking into it as we speak

the ASUS P5N-E SLI, NVIDIA nForce 650i SLI can be had for £68 supports quad and is sli.

Reports of 500 FSB plus
