Quad cpu, ram and mobo for £250?

Is that do able? I also need a new gfx card but since I don't game on the pc really and it will mostly be used for data crunching like adobe premierre and winrar. I thought maybe onbaord gfx until I can afford something better?

It's a fantastic chip. Especially if you get one with unlockable L3 cache... it might be worth getting a cheaper motherboard (like 785G).

Well yeah he can get a cheaper mobo and stay well under his budget but I'd say its worth the extra quid to get a 2xPCI-Express mobo and with better cooling as that will help him if he wants to oc.

Meh, i doubt they're ever going to crossfire. It's an older Asus model, so the cooling is worse than the newer 785G boards. Your choice though.
