I have a TT mozart Tx and am looking to cool an overclocked c2d/quaddy in time, the north bridge of an evga 680i and also an 8800gts 320 sli set up

Im currently living in the Uk but within the next year Ill be making the long trip to australia - gold coast to be specific - and I'll be taking my PC with me. I would need a loop to ge rid of as much heat as is possible as I cant say for sure that where I move to is going to be air conditioned and ambient temps stay high all year round.

Id say money is no object. but then I would be lying, 350 is the top end. Phase is for another day in this case. Im looking for something to get rid of as much heat as possible and which ever way I look at it, its going to be a pain to fit 2x 240 rads, so this is the list I have come up with so far.

D tek fuzion CPU block

DD 680i Block

EK 8800gts full cover block x 2

Tygon 1/2" Tubing

EK Multioption reservior 200

Laing Dcc 12v Ultra

Magicool Xtreeme Quad 480 Radiator

Please comment on what you think, or how I could improve this

Cant fit a 120.3 rad. And the solution must be internal

that's a sweet rad for 50 nicker. trouble with water is it's only ever going to be as cool as the air around it, never cooler, dunno how hot it gets in aus, but i'd reckon anything other than phase/cascade isn't gonna be much help in a non air conditioned place

i've no experience of the ddc myself, only ever used D5s but if you're intending on a single loop for everthing i would definitly have a second pump about half way through the loop, not only does it protect you if one goes to hell but would maintain pressure and head

DDC Ultra's are one of the best. There are aftermarket tops to improve on them also. IIRC there is a new revision Petra top due out. But TBH the gains are very small over stock anyway.

Forget the rad. Thermochill or nothing. ;)

Will you be building this before or after you go to OZ? If after, you might want to check out some of Silverprop's stuff. Top quality.
