Hi,

I just upgraded my dual core to a quad core. Had to uninstall drivers of old e6750, twice and the quad core is seen as four processors in device manager.

Trouble is, I dont think Vista x64 is seeing all the cores. In task manager and in my gagdet it only shows two cores, not four. Any ideas what I may have to uninstall or change in the registry to tell it I do have four corse now?

Cheers

Only has the option for two processors in the boot menu. Stumped tbh. Asus P5N-E SLI. The processor is seen as four in device manager and correctly identified in BIOS.

Spie has started giving me 10% off vouchers for each problem I resolve on here, so I try my best. It's well worth the effort now!
