Quadro gaming?

Im just wondering as a mate of mines is gonna be buying a quadro at some point for work purposes(does a lot of video/graphics). If he plays games on his quadro rig(if thats even possable) will the games run faster,the same speed,worse then a normal card,or will it vary? I've never saw an answer to this and im just curious.

Quadros are optimised for professional software therefore the drivers are written for stability rather than gaming performance. It'll likely perform a bit slower than the equivalent GeForce in gaming.

Yeah this is what i thought but i wondered if anybody here who owns one might have a first hand experience of the differences,is there compatability issues with games or does anyone know where i can find a benchmark of one of these new quadro's being used in gaming?
