If its the same video think I was one of the people who commented on this, pretty sure on one level there are 2 monsters they bypass, do not come back to and the monsters are not killed incidentally by other events either. Don't have time atm to watch it and check.

Not saying it is impossible but I'd be surprised, QDQ has a big heritage since the 90s and I can't imagine a 'fake' vid would get an official release or they would get called up on it. Happy to analyse any timestamps that people can come up with

^To be fair the crosshair will just have been disabled for the video, it will have been enabled when they were playing.
