Hello.
My pc:
Aorus AD27QD display
9900K 4.7ghz stock with Noctua NH-D15 ( 45-50C on Quake 2 Rtx )
2x16GB DDR4 GSKILL 3000MHZ XMP
Asus Prime Z390-A
Seasonic Prime Ultra Titanium 850W
Aorus Waterforce 2080 Ti Xtreme ( 63C in Quake 2 Rtx ) watercooled AIO
SSD 1TB CRUCIAL
HDD BLUE WD 1TB
case: Cooler Master Cosmos C700P

Last time playing Quake 2 updated to 1.2v. I am on 1440P.
What is better to achieve 60fps+. Using Dynamic Resolution scale with FPS TARGET 60fps is fine.
Also i can disable Dynamic Resolution and use static resolution scalling at down menu. From 100% to 90%.

Which will be better to achieve 60fps and best quality?

You'll have to play around really to try and get the best results - I would personally probably turn all the ray tracing options to high and use dynamic resolution scaling to try and get as close to the desired framerate as possible.

I only get 7-10 FPS at 1440p with all settings on high with my 1070 anyhow :s

Yeah i try to compare with Dynamic Resolution enabled and disabled ( 90% - 100% ) and i didnt notice any image quality differences. weird. Only fps goes up to 60+

ps:
Pretty impressive is what they add RTX support to Quake 2,i like it personally :P
