Quake 4 Help

hey all, i got Quake 4 for xmas and got pretty far with it... i upgraded my machine about 2 or 3 months ago and did a fresh install of XP and alas, i didn't back up Quake 4.

question is, does anyone know where i can download game save files for the game... i don't particularly have the time to start from the beginning of the game again and would roughly like to start from where i left off before.

yes... i've tried google and couldn't find any... hence why i asked here

where do you need the save from (which lvl/map), i could upload one for you

unfortunately i can't remember where i was

i know i'd turned into a strogg and done a fair few levels after that.
i know i was close to the end, i'd done the part where you crash into the data storage building.
