quake gl on radeon 1950xt?

Can anyone show me a fix for this, says no glide2xx.dll found.
This is obvious due to being an ATI card.

Has anyone got a fix?

Glide? thats only for 3dfx Voodoo cards...are you sure thats an OpenGL error?

You'd be much better downloading one of the modern ports for Quake\Quakeworld, They add some great effects and better compatibility with modern OS's\Hardware.

Also delete the opengl32.dll from your Quake dir. It's a 3dfx minigl driver from the days when they didn't have a full opengl ICD.

Delete the opengl32.dll (or similar) file from your quake directory.

Play.
