It’s not an RTS but you can build some things like an RTS. For example you can build artillery and artillery interceptors, anti-personal and anti-vehicle turrets, radars, and some other missile launchers etc.
There are missions as well, things like building bridges, blowing up walls and doors so that you team can progress into another part of the map, hacking computers to gain control of the enemies shields, that sort of thing.
It’s all FPS based though so it’s not like C&C.
You can play it offline but there are no campaigns, it’s just like online but with bots.
