...does such a thing exist in either black or alu?

Ebay has a million cheap and tacky looking ones but would prefer to spend the extra to get something that will last.

Just to say do need:

MS Duo (without adaptor)
SD
CF

Don't need more USB ports, firewire, audio or any of that gubbins.

when you find one let me know as im in same situation looking for decent 5.25, was gonna go for akasa all in one but same dont need audio and usb ports.

If you dont need it then dont connect the usb / firewire cables to the motherboard. I got a raidsonic icy box after taking a Kama Panel back.

Only thing you should look out for is if the cables connect through the back of the system using USB or use the internal motherboard headers. I wanted internal mobo headers which is why I took the Kama panel back.

Avoid akasa, I have the all in the one fan controller thing and it is utter ****. Alarm goes off if fan speed drops below 500rpm which you can't disable, sometimes the drives just dissapear from my computer and I have to switch the pc off for hours to get them working again.

Just can't seem to find anything decent. Will have a look over the weekend and see what's the best of a bad bunch!
