Wow.

Never before have I seen a film when all the way through I was like "what the hell is going on???".

I dont see the point of the whole film!

I didnt get what was happening.

Now I have always been a fan of James Bond films, but ever since Casino Royale (which I also didnt get) , I think they are a bit rubbish to be fair.

And for the record , im not an idiot when it comes to films - but I just dont get the latest James Bond film...

What did you lot think to it? And can someone explain what the plot was?

Daniel craig can suck it. He is just some commoner. James bond is supposed to be smooth and sophisticated. Not some old short fatty.

Oooooo my bad!

I just wanted to vent my anger about the film to be fair. But changing the subject slightly, has anyone been to the new cinema at the highcross in Leicester? Those seats are extremely comfy!! ( which is good because I almost fell asleep during the film... )

Probably not - but probably because I was bored all the way through is the reason why I wasnt paying attention which led to me not knowing what was going on.

Have you read the original novels? "James woke up to smoke his 40th cigarette of the day" Or something like that. Doesn't shout sophistication to me. :cool:

I haven't seen QoS yet, but if anyone rates Casino Royale as being worse than Pierce Brosnan's final offerings (i.e. Die Another Day and The World is not Enough) then I beg to differ that they are "not an idiot when it comes to films".

Same. Not seen the latest offering but I thought Casino Royale was a welcome change from other bond films...felt much more girtty and Craig came across as a much 'harder' Bond, but with the occasional one liner to remind you it's part of the same stock.

See the thing is the latest Bond films are missing the key ingredient from all of the other Bond films - action.

The best thing about casino royale for me was the bit where he got his drink spiked and has to save himself from death - thought that was awesome and really well done.
