Quantum Break - How do you buy this game for windows 10?

Hi there, I know when this game came out it said if you buy the digital version for Xbox One you will get a code for windows 10 to install it for free on your PC but I believe that deal expired on 5th April 2016 so does that mean I can no longer purchase Quantum Break for PC by any means?

Its available to buy on the windows store but its £44.99 why not check the classified section on here and the avforums there are still codes popping up now and again

Cheers mate. Will those codes still work though? It's just I thought the deal ended on 5th April 2016? Or then again, maybe I'm thinking about this wrong, do you reckon even though the deal ended the codes still work?
