You can't stop any more nesting except by being vigilant. Just be happy you caught it early.

Can of Lynx and a lighter. The fire will kill the wasps however you will be left with a swarm of women in your garden.

I think you should take the polite approach. Get your face as close as possible to it and gently recommend that it leaves with a whisper.

Just place a sprinkler next to it.
