Query re Windows XP and 4k Samsung F4

Hello,

I am going to add a Samsung F4 to a computer that is running Windows XP (which is on a regular hard drive).

I am going to use the Acronis Align Tool to allign the partitions.

My question is if I Swap out the hard drive that windows is on replace it another and reinstall XP would I have to realign the F4 again with the new XP installation?

So it is literally the case of when the partition is realigned that is it (unless of course it is deleted) and it should work with Windows XP or W7 perfectly from then on?

yep. Alignment will only change when you delete it and create a new one. Why do you even want to align it, since they will align correctly with xp or win7? There isn't anything special about a F4, it's just a normal mechanical HDD no?
