Query regarding OC purchase...

Howdy folks...just a quick query regarding building my new system..I had a look at the custom built systems by OCs but want a bit more customisation. Accordingly, is it possible to purchase all the parts separately and then ask OC to build the system (including a small fee for the build obviously) before shipping it out?
