Hello gentlefolk, please can someone here answer an ordinary question. I did put through a webnote but, the reply quote "Thank you for your webnote, im not sure what you mean by refunds" unquote. The question was I thought quite simple, if when we rma a product do you refund the cost of said postal charges. thanks in advance regards
