Question 4890 and prototype major slow down in framerates

i have just installed prototype and started playing it

the game is awesome but does anyone else get any huge slow down and stutters in framerates when playing the game?

i have it running at 2048x1152 all max settings normally frames are about 50-60

would it be the lack of physX???

what res and settings u running it on?

power supply?

bad overclock?(although i do not get any issues on grid or any other games)

or this is how bad quadcores cope with games?
