Hi all. Well I went and bought an oc tech labs 360 aio kit from overclockers uk using Grizzly Hydronaut and 3 Noiseblocker Silent Pro 120 mm fans.

I started up real temp and after my system had booted reset the temps. I have put a picture of the temps in the spoiler.

Should I be worried that 2 of the cores hit over 50 when the system was idel? Started to play ac origins and the temps in afterburner go to about 60-65c after one hour of gaming but the peak temps on 2 cores are 77.

My h100i I had before had lower max's when idel. When gaming it was a little bit higher 63-67c.I had 2 240 notcutra 1500 fans on the h110. Anyone with experience with a 360 aio? Are the temps I am getting what would be expected? I am running the 8770k at 5 gig with 1.25 voltage. Was hoping the 360 aio would lower the temps enough for me to push to 5.2 with a 1.35 but when I tried that the core temps in ac were in the 75c range. Any help would be much appreciated :)

Well so far I have re applied the thermal grizzle and it would seem that the 360mm runs Very similar gaming temps as my old 240mm Corsair. The only+ for the 360 upgrade is that it runs a little bit quieter then the Corsair.

Idle temp seems high. Most likely the block isn’t seated correctly or improper thermal compound application.

The most important temperature is load temp anyway, and as long as you’re under 90 degrees you’re fine. 80 degrees on load for example would be fine and not damage the cpu or anything.
