They will fit fine in that case, and they show a retail CPU box, which will contain a heatsink.

I would suggest you just buy the parts and assemble them yourself though, as it is extremely easy to do so.

That's what it would cost to buy separately, so you're only paying £18 for somebody to do it for you. Whether that's good value it up to you. Not sure about the CPU cooler either, they do show a box but doesn't say it comes with a stock heatsink in the description.
