Question about Bitfenix fans cables

Hi,

I wonder if you could help me, I want to buy some of the BitFenix Alchemy Molex to 3pin x3 Fan adaptor, there are 5v and 12v which would I need for 120mm and 200mm fans?

Every fan's max speed, is rated at 12V.
5V will reduce it's speed.
